Cod with Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients
4 Tbsp butter, 4 small clove garlic, finely minced , 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1Tsp lemon zest , 4 Tbsp of capers, drained and rinsed, chopped,1 Tsp fresh chopped parsley, olive oil, 8 fillet Cod fish, salt and pepper, 1 Tsp French mustard.
Preparation
In a small skillet over low heat, melt butter; add garlic, lemon juice, zest, and capers. Simmer for 5 mins, Add salt & pepper to taste, Stir in parsley. Remove from heat. Keep aside.
Marinade Cod fish with salt & pepper, mustard, Heat the grill, Coat flour and dust well before grilling, place fish and grill it, turning carefully, Drizzle warmed lemon caper sauce over the Cod fish before serving. Serve sauce separate if necessary.
